Strategies
PERI is a strategic organization with the mission to create a world free from rape. Being strategic as defined by PERI has three parts:
- Step back to see the whole of what is being said, done and written, and the results being accomplished
- From that srategic view identify what is missing in the current climate that if added would bring an end to rape
- Create long-term, mid-term and near term milestones and implement strategies to put in what is missing - a process-in-action
To be strategic is to look from the whole of the world and align the energies of people to the strategies and initiatives of this new way of thinking, to a strategic intent. Urgent responsive actions are being provided by other organizations leaving PERI the freedom to design actions for the end of rape. We are not needed in the responsive world and we are not knowledgable in that world. PERI is calling forth a new way of life for our human family; calling forth principles and practices and ways of operating that do not include, tolerate or condone or cover up for rape. We must end rape in our world
